Start date
The start date is the date of the first day in the
study schedule. It is the date of the first day
on which you can start studying.
|
|
Study periods per day
Each day is divided into a number of study periods.
Typically this would be 3 for morning, afternoon and
evening, but it may be more or less depending on your
needs.

Number of cycles
This is the number of Monte Carlo cycles. It is
simply the number of experiments that the model makes
in its effort to search for an optimal study plan.
At least in theory, the larger the number of Monte
Carlo cycles, the more likely it is that the study
plan is closer to the optimal study plan. You could
start with a moderate number, say 1000000, and then
increase it to improve the study plan depending on
the performance of your computer and your patience.
|
File name
You can save the study plan in the local storage
of your browser by entering a file name here and
clicking the save button. Similarly you can restore
a previously saved study plan by entering the file
name and clicking the load button. Note that if you
clear your browsing data you will probably lose any
saved study plans.
